Celebrating 50 Years of Local Family Ownership

On July 1, 2026, Volvo Cars San Diego celebrated 50 years of ownership and operation by our family! We are very proud of this achievement and we consider ourselves fortunate to continuously represent the Volvo brand of cars in the San Diego region over this span of time. The Volvo Car Company has always strived to stand out from other manufacturers of automobiles and we can attest to their success at doing that. Volvo Cars are quality automobiles that continue to evolve in design, technical innovation, environmental sensitivity and yes even safety. What started out nearly 100 years ago as a company focused on building the safest cars in the world, now produces cars that include an array of modern features that enhance the driver experience. We understand the consumer has a range of choices in a new or preowned automobile, but we are certain Volvo Cars and our company, Volvo Cars San Diego, will provide a solution that meet those demands.
