WHAT IS LEASE PULL AHEAD?

Lease Pull Ahead is the opportunity for a VCFS Lessee to return the leased vehicle for up to six
months before the scheduled maturity date. The lessee can then either lease or purchase
another Volvo through VCFS and waive the remaining payments and lease disposition fee.


WHY DO A LEASE PULL AHEAD?

There are many reasons that our clients choose to take advantage of the Lease Pull Ahead
programs.
• The joy of a new car prompts many drivers to lease in the first place so being able to turn the
lease in early allows them to experience the latest advances in style, technology, and safety
features.
• VCFS and Volvo have many competitive lease and finance offers and compatible loyalty
incentives.
• Some drivers have changes in their driving patterns and mileage allowance is a concern.
• Turning in a vehicle early can prevent tire and maintenance costs that may occur upon
scheduled lease maturity.
• No need to pay DMV renewal fees depending on expiration date.

Offer Details

• All VCFS lease accounts are eligible except single pay leases
• Client must purchase or lease a 2020 or 2021 Volvo through VCFS
• Certified By Volvo vehicles are not eligible
• Care By Volvo subscriptions transactions are excluded from VCFS Lease Pull Ahead
programs
• Client must provide most recent VCFS lease statement
• Clients currently past due with accrued and outstanding late fees are not eligible for Lease Pull
Ahead program
• Payments already made to a VCFS lease account cannot be reimbursed
• Client is responsible for excess wear and use, excess miles, and any other obligations such as
property tax under their VCFS lease agreement
• The Program is offered to clients with six (6) or fewer months remaining on their current lease
depending on model eligibility
• VCFS will waive up to six (6) remaining monthly payments and the $350 vehicle turn in fee
when client simultaneously finances or leases a new vehicle using VCFS programs.

Terms, Conditions and Restrictions
• Care by Volvo subscription transactions are excluded from VCFS Pull Ahead Program.
• Customers must sign the VCFS Lease Pull Ahead Acknowledgement form.
• Customers must provide a copy of their most recent VCFS account statement at time of transaction. The
most recent VCFS lease statement can be provided via fax by calling VCFS Customer Care at
855-537-3334 or by accessing it through their online account at wwww.volvocarfinancialservices.com
• Customers participating in the VCFS Lease Pull Ahead Program are still responsible for excess wear
and use, excess mileage, and any other obligations, e.g., personal property tax, if applicable.
• Customer's account must be up to date to qualify. Any past due payments would disqualify a customer
from program benefits.
• A VCFS Lease Pull Ahead 'simultaneous' lease or finance transaction is defined as a lease termination
within the Volvo360 portal and the subsequent contracting of a new VCFS Lease or Retail Instalment
Contract within five (5) days of each other. Any VCFS Lease Pull Ahead transactions outside of the five
(5) day grace period will be subject to a chargeback. VCFS will not be responsible for any fees assessed
to the customer due to a retailer transacting outside of the five (5) day grace period.
• Payments already made on a lease account cannot be reimbursed. For example, if a customer has 6
months remaining on their lease but has four (4) remaining monthly lease payments, their maximum
benefit under this program is four (4) payments.
• It is the Retailer's responsibility to confirm with each customer all eligibility requirements are met such as
VCFS account status, remaining payments, etc. Customer eligibility should be verified by obtaining and
reviewing the most recent VCFS lease statement from the customer and completing the VCFS Lease Pull
Ahead Acknowledgement form.
• The Volvo 360 portal determines eligibility for the VCFS Lease Pull Ahead Program based solely on the
scheduled maturity date. Final account eligibility will be validated by VCFS and the maximum payment
waiver is six (6) remaining lease payments. Please note, the Volvo360 portal provides estimated
remaining payments not the actual remaining payments due. Therefore, it is important to communicate
the maximum benefit of six (6) remaining payments on a customer's current lease under the VCFS Lease
Pull Ahead Program. When communicating the maximum benefit, it is the retailer's responsibility to
confirm with each customer all eligibility requirements are met such as VCFS account status, remaining
payments, etc.
