Adrian Masters, our salesperson, was excellent. He provided us with lots of information about Volvo and the XC90. Juan was Truly Exceptional.  As a sales advisor he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We told him what vehicle we were interested in, and he quickly and smoothly arranged a test drive. When we showed interest in the Cross Country, he arranged to drive that car as well.  We wanted to see the V60 in saville gray and the only vehicle available to see was on the top deck of the parking garage.  Juan took the time to walk us over and to allow us to see the vehicle.  Once we decided on the cross country, my wife indicated that she preferred the black interior to the two tone interior on the lot.  Juan called around and found the exact vehicle she desired and ordered it for us. he let us know when we could come in and pick it up - then spent time to help acquaint my wife with the features t0 ensure she was comfortable before she drove off the lot.  the whole process was smooth, customer friendly and professional.  She loves the car and I would tell

I would give more stars if I could but will do my best at giving this dealership with Sergio being our salesman a TOP NOTCH rating. My wife and I traveled nearly 100 miles and it was well worth the trip. I found our S60 on the web by chance. It had everything we wanted. Our first VOLVO. I contacted the dealership and they had Sergio call me back to talk about the car. He was VERY knowledgeable about it and told us everything possible that would help in coming a long distance and not wasting his time nor ours. Grant helped us make a great decision on our purchase. When the 2020 XC40 we previously decided on was already sold, he and Sean found a way to get us in a 2021 at just a little bit more than the first one. It was an extremely simple process from trading in our car to getting the financing and settling on a payment. This was completely different than our experience at the Audi dealer where we got a junior salesperson who didn't know anything about the vehicles, trims, or features. We are military and had just returned from duty overseas. Two days later our car would not start after being driven for two days after pickup from the overseas shipper. I called Volvo seeking help and Andy told me to get the car to him and that although they were extremely busy, that he would do his best to help us out. We were able to jump start the car to get us there and the car was serviced the next day. My husband was starting a new job in the Navy and we had a lot going on with our recent move so the car not starting was a big stressor. Volvo service really came through for us.
