Adrian Masters, our salesperson, was excellent. He provided us with lots of information about Volvo and the XC90. He was informative, helpful, friendly, and did his best to share information with us, rather than sell us a car. He walked around the lot showing us inventory and telling us about the available options. When we decided on a vehicle, the actual purchase process was painless and quick. This is my second "new" car purchase/lease and it was incredible. This was night and day compared to the usual sleazy sales tactics. Besides Adrian, the finance person was also very friendly and helpful. At no time was I pressured into purchasing anything and all information I was given was accurate and complete.
